You're Next!

I really love Horror films heh. This was done for a Threadless contest in conjunction with the launch of the new horror film You're Next! But I'll also let this be an overall dedication to my love for awesome horror films.

A very delayed wedding gift turned very delayed anniversary gift (lol). A very lovely (and warm) wedding at the Armenian Church off Stamford held in June 2012. Intimate and awesomely romantic church.

 

Galaxy rangers! No guts no glory!

This is a tribute piece to one of my favorite cartoons from the 80s. Great characters and exciting storylines made this seriously underrated series forever etched in my memories :)

Angels & Demons

Finally, the Thor threadless contest! I botched it up a little here and there, but it was an interesting experience - I had actually hatched it up with more details, but the cleaner one turned out better! :)

Featuring the eternal archenemies, Thor versus Loki!

Update: Uughs the design was rejected because they felt the wings can only be design-based. Having the wings on the characters is misleading the original design of the characters.

I revised a version with "wing-like" capes instead. Hope that gets accepted! *crossing fingers*

Update: Yay! It's in the running so here's hoping!

Overture

Inspired by the coming return of Sandman by Neil Gaiman, drawn for the first time by the incredible J.H. Williams III (Another inspiration!) :)

Man of Steel

Inspired by the Man of Steel trailers. The film didn't turn out as perfect as I'd hoped it would be but I loved it anyway for the themes and biased reasons heh heh.

Star Trekkers

Star Trek characters in a Fantasy setting heh.

"When Ranger Kirk takes on a bounty hunt accompanied by Royal Historian Spock, they are ambushed by a Klingon patrol while on their journey. The Boyz ("Shelter" Tee Shirt)

Just a random idea I had for a tee shirt design after watching one of my favourite movies while rushing a late night deadline! :) Some people watch movies, do yoga, go shopping or blog for therapy. I prefer making tee shirts for myself lol. Front and Back designs. (done with Parallel Pen and Photoshop)

A little nod to The Walking Dead. I figured that in my lifetime, I do need to draw at least one zombie piece lol.

Boy (Roughs)

Rough sketches of a story I'm developing for Liquid City, a comics anthology that is working towards its 3rd volume. It's a little thing I've kept on the shelf that has been slowly growing on its own over a span of 11 years! Really good feeling finally fleshing it out even though I feel it's still a bit raw here and there.
